Cape Coral  
Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida, about midway between Port Charlotte and Naples. The peninsular city lies between the scenic Caloosahatchee River, Charlotte Harbor and the Intracoastal Waterway. This “water wonderland” features more than 400 miles of fresh and saltwater canals and 27 miles of shoreline and is known for having more miles of canals than ANY city in the world.
Citrus Springs  
Citrus Springs is located just inland from the Gulf of Mexico in Central Florida. The area contains a mixture of families and retirees, all who enjoy the year-round beauty Central Florida has to offer. Citrus Springs is close to the warm gulf waters, beautiful Lake Rousseau, and many spring-fed streams.
Lehigh Acres  
Lehigh Acres is located just east of Fort Myers, in Southwest Florida. It’s located about 20 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, allowing access to nearby beaches including Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Captiva and Sanibel Islands. The Cecil M. Webb State Wildlife Management Area, Corkscrew Regional Ecosystem Watershed and the Okaloacoochee Slough State Forest are a variety of outdoor attractions within the area.
Marion Oaks  
Marion Oaks is located in Central Florida, about midway between Gainesville and Orlando. Marion Oaks is a beautiful, quiet community, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but still close enough to enjoy the amenities a larger city has to offer. Here you will find ancient, moss covered oak trees, towering pine forests and lush rolling green hills.
Naples & Golden Gate  
Naples is a city located in Collier County, in the southwest region of Florida. Collier County is ranked in the top ten fastest growing metropolitan areas and Naples is ranked number one for job growth. Naples is also one of the wealthiest cities in the US.  The bay and surrounding marinas are incredibly scenic, with crystal blue waters, beautiful white sand beaches and stunning sunsets over the Gulf.
North Port  
The City of North Port is located in Southwest Florida between Tampa and Fort Myers, about 10 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico. This quaint city is surrounded with thick oaks and lush pine canopies boasting beautiful natural hot springs, and more than 95 miles of freshwater canals. The city was incorporated only 50 years ago, but has seen a 160% growth in population over the past few years.
Palm Bay  
Palm Bay is a city in Brevard County along the east coast of Florida. Palm Bay is located 75 miles southeast of Orlando, FL.
Port Charlotte  
Port Charlotte is located on the Gulf of Mexico, about halfway between Sarasota and Naples. Port Charlotte is home to Charlotte Harbor, consisting of 270 square miles fed by the Peace and Myakka rivers.  Seafarers enjoy plenty of opportunities to set sail and enjoy world-class fishing and snorkeling.  Biking Babcock’s Wilderness Adventure Park and hiking trails in the thick of Cedar Point are also activities ideal for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts.
Port St. Lucie  
Port St. Lucie is located on the Atlantic coast of Florida, toward the middle of the state.  Port St Lucie itself is a large community, with a population of over 170,000 people.  The climate is considered to be subtropical, with warm to hot summer temps hitting the low 90’s, and mild winters with temps averaging in the low 70’s.   With its location on the Atlantic, ocean breezes help to keep the climate rather moderate.  The city is home to New York Mets spring training, as well as local baseball and soccer teams.
Rotonda  
Rotonda is an unincorporated community of Charlotte County, located west of Charlotte Harbor, along the Gulf Coast. The Rotonda area lies on the Cape Haze Peninsula, which is about halfway between Sarasota and Naples, along the Gulf of Mexico.  It a small quaint community, with Port Charlotte just a few miles up the road.  Here you will find excellent fishing and boating on Lemon Bay and the Myakka River.
South Gulf Cove  
The area was once thought of to be out South Gulf Cove is located in Southwest Florida, on the Cape Haze peninsula, about halfway between Sarasota and Naples. South Gulf Cove boasts 55 miles of navigable canals, leading to Charlotte Harbor, the Gulf of Mexico and the world! Many properties offer bridge-free sailboat access to the waterof the way, but with recent infrastructure and retail locations developing, people of all ages are flocking to this tropical paradise.
